Terms of Service

Welcome to Koleksi. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Koleksi app and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using Koleksi, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use Koleksi. You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You can browse in guest mode, but some features require a free account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or misrepresents an item's authenticity or condition.
• Use the Service to scam, harass, or deceive other collectors.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service or its market-data systems.
• List prohibited, counterfeit, or stolen goods.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, listings and posts you create (“Your Content”). By posting to public areas such as the Feed, you grant Koleksi a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service. You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to anything you upload.

4. Marketplace, offers & transactions

Koleksi lets collectors showcase items and make or receive offers. Koleksi is a platform, not a party to any transaction. Sales, trades and payments happen between users (often via the third-party marketplace link a seller provides). We don't guarantee any item, price, or that a transaction will complete, and we're not responsible for disputes between users. Always exercise judgment when buying, selling or trading.

5. Valuations & market data

Estimated values and insights are provided for informational purposes only, generated from third-party marketplace data. They are not appraisals, financial advice, or guarantees of resale value. Actual prices vary. Don't rely on Koleksi valuations as your sole basis for a financial decision.

6. Subscriptions & purchases

Koleksi offers a free tier and a paid subscription (“Koleksi Pro”), plus one-time consumable purchases (scan packs and item packs). Subscriptions are billed through your app store and renew automatically until cancelled. Consumables are one-time purchases that don't expire. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account; store terms and refund policies apply.

7. Intellectual property

The Koleksi name, logo, app, and design are owned by Koleksi and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms don't grant you any right to use our branding without permission. Third-party marketplace names are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification only.

8. Termination

You may stop using Koleksi and delete your account at any time via the app or our Account Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users or the Service. Some provisions survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers and liability limits.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that valuations and item data will be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koleksi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from transactions between users or reliance on valuations. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Koleksi regarding the Service.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes in the app or by email, and update the effective date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
